helpful staff great location low cleaning standard dirty duvet

the staff were helpful and kind. the location offers a bus stop just outside, this takes you straight to central.

the cleaning standard was low, it was not what i was expecting. after two nights, i saw the duvet on the bed had dirty and vomit stains. although the cover was clean, the duvet was not clean.

the lack of in-room coffee or tea was disappointing the mini bar prices felt excessive given the overall value proposition the absence of a kettle was frustrating the surrounding area offered limited options for dining besides the hotel restaurant it meant i needed to rely on hotel services for refreshments at high prices

the check-in staff were very helpful and friendly. the location had convenient access to the city center, though multiple public transit options were needed (this made it easy to explore). the hotel also offers umbrellas for rent, a great service.

i noticed the cleaning wasn't as thorough as i anticipated.

The location was good. A metro stop is very close. bus 22 goes directly to central. i appreciated burger king being right next door! the 24-hour reception was helpful. staff promptly addressed my fan request. It was delivered quickly.

The hotel bar had limited offerings. Prices seemed a bit high.

helpful staff convenient location bathroom step unavailable blankets

the staff was helpful! the location is quite convenient with easy access to local bus services. they promptly changed towels every day. the hotel features a 24hr shop in the lobby for refreshments too.

The bathroom had a big step to enter. It posed a challenge. there were no extra blankets available. It was a bit cold in the room!
