the check-in staff were very helpful and friendly. the location had convenient access to the city center, though multiple public transit options were needed (this made it easy to explore). the hotel also offers umbrellas for rent, a great service.
i noticed the cleaning wasn't as thorough as i anticipated.

The location was good. A metro stop is very close. bus 22 goes directly to central. i appreciated burger king being right next door! the 24-hour reception was helpful. staff promptly addressed my fan request. It was delivered quickly.

the staff was helpful! the location is quite convenient with easy access to local bus services. they promptly changed towels every day. the hotel features a 24hr shop in the lobby for refreshments too.
The bathroom had a big step to enter. It posed a challenge. there were no extra blankets available. It was a bit cold in the room!
